Join me for a four week January Meditation Circle starting on the 7th January 2019.
Start your year with a positive impact, learn how to still the mind and find peace within. Over the next three weeks we will go on to develop a meditation practice you can use going forward. We will try various exercises and meditation practices so that you can find what suits you best.
We will sit in practice for about an hour followed by (optional) tea and cake afterwards.
