It’s almost time for our Pop Up Market, which has become an annual fundraising event in aid of Keech Hospice.
This annual event is held in our garden on Robins Folly, Thurleigh on Saturday 20th June from 10am to 3pm and is open to everyone. (See the map at the bottom of the page for directions).
I bring together local small businesses selling their beautiful wares from clothes to crystals and gin to skincare – as well as a cake stall and raffle to raise money for Keech Hospice. We raised over £400 last year – let’s see if we can beat that this year!

I have volunteered as a complementary therapist at the Keech Living Well Centre (formerly Bedford Daycare Hospice) for nearly 10 years. The therapies I offer bring relaxation and calm to the patients at the Cancer Support Group on a Friday morning, at all stages of their cancer journey.
Keech Hospice offers free, specialist care for adults and children with life-limiting conditions. At our Living Well Centre in Bedford, adults with life-limiting conditions can access tailored support to help them live well—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Whether it’s managing symptoms, finding space for creativity, talking things through in counselling, or enjoying a moment of calm through complementary therapies, we’re here to help. The centre is a warm, inclusive space that brings people together to find joy, purpose and connection—every day.
