Appointments

Appointments last for one hour unless you specifically book a 90 minute appointment in advance.

Cancellations

Most of our appointments are made two to six weeks in advance and so it’s not easy to fill short notice cancellations.

We understand that sometimes you can’t attend the appointments you make.  If you are ever in this situation, please give as much notice as you can to cancel or change your time, otherwise the following cancellation charge may be applied.

Less than one week’s notice……………………………25% of the cost of your treatment

Less than 48 hours’ notice……….……………………..50% of the cost of your treatment

Missed appointment……………………………………….Full cost of your treatment

Late arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will still have to end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter than usual.  This is to ensure that those with appointments following yours are seen on time.  No part or full refunds will be given if the appointment has to be reduced for this reason.

Bedford Heights

Appointments at Bedford Heights are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £10 payable at the time of booking.  The cancellation charges may also be applied as above.
