Appointments
All appointments are booked using the Fresha booking app. Confirmation of your appointment requires you to enter your credit or debit card details which will act as a deposit. Payment will only be taken this way in the event of a late cancellation.
Appointments last for one hour unless you specifically book a 90 minute appointment in advance.
Cancellations
Most of our appointments are made two to six weeks in advance and so it’s not easy to fill short notice cancellations.
We understand that sometimes you need to re-schedule your appointment (you can make alterations through the app or link in your booking confirmation).
However, please give as much notice as you can to cancel or change your time otherwise the following cancellation charge may be applied. This charge will be automatic through the Fresha app, using the card details you provided on booking.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the cost of your treatment
Less than 24 hours notice: Full cost of your treatment
Late arrivals
We have a busy diary of appointments, so please be aware that if you arrive late we are unlikely to be able to run over time. We will do our best to accommodate you but it may mean that your session needs to be cut short. No part or full refunds will be given if the appointment has to be reduced for this reason.
