Frankincense cleanser – Apply with fingers and use circular motions to remove the make up, dirt and toxins your skin picks up during the day. Remove using a dampened cloth or pad.
Wild Rose AHA toner – Use a cotton pad or re-usable pad to gently sweep over the face in an upward motion, avoiding the eye area. For sensitive skin use only 2-3 times per week.
White tea eye gel – Using the pad of the ring fingers gently dab a small amount of the gel around the outer eye area until absorbed.
Facial oil (rose or frankincense) – Lightly sweep over the skin in an upward motion or follow a facial massage routine. This could be used as a serum, for facial massage or as a night moisturiser. Once applied hold your hands in front of your face and inhale deeply.
Beauty sleep concentrate – Apply to clean skin with gentle upward strokes. This can be used as a serum under a night moisturiser if your skin is very dry or alone as your moisturiser. Once applied hold your hand in front of your face and inhale deeply. (This is my favourite night cream)
Sensitive Restore + Smooth Serum – this unscented serum contains natural ingredients such at oat extract and helichryshum to sooth reddened, sensitive skin. Apply to clean skin in light, upward strokes. Use this under your moisturiser to hydrate the skin and create a smoother complexion.
Frankincense Intense Age-Defying cream – Apply morning and evening in gentle upward strokes to face and neck. Once applied, hold your hands in front of your face and inhale deeply. (This is my Mum’s favourite!)
Herbal tea bag – Calming the body from the inside.
Tin of bath salts – Women’s Balance – a gorgeous blend of essential oils to balance hormones, mood and emotions.
