Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  • One treatment equals one stamp, regardless of treatment length or value
  • A stamp given at the end of a treatment once payment has been made
  • It is the client’s responsibility to bring and present their card at each appointment
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package or discounted rate
  • Standard cancellation policy still applies – cancelled or missed appointments do not qualify for a stamp
  • The card is valid for a defined period (14 months from first stamp)
  • Lost, forgotten or damaged cards cannot be replaced or backdated
  • The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or products
  • Medulla reserves the right to amend or withdraw the programme, with completed cards honoured within their validity period
  • The 10th treatment is 50% off and must be redeemed at the time of the 10th booking/payment
  • Treatments purchased via gift voucher do qualify, but the voucher purchase itself does not count as a stamp
