- One treatment equals one stamp, regardless of treatment length or value
- A stamp given at the end of a treatment once payment has been made
- It is the client’s responsibility to bring and present their card at each appointment
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package or discounted rate
- Standard cancellation policy still applies – cancelled or missed appointments do not qualify for a stamp
- The card is valid for a defined period (14 months from first stamp)
- Lost, forgotten or damaged cards cannot be replaced or backdated
- The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or products
- Medulla reserves the right to amend or withdraw the programme, with completed cards honoured within their validity period
- The 10th treatment is 50% off and must be redeemed at the time of the 10th booking/payment
- Treatments purchased via gift voucher do qualify, but the voucher purchase itself does not count as a stamp
