Join me for an evening of guided meditation to create a still and peaceful place in your mind.

We sit for an hour of meditation then it’s through to the kitchen for hot drinks, cake and conversation.
Cost £7 per person (or £30 for 6 sessions).
Please note that if a minimum attendance of three people is not reached at each session the session may not go ahead.
