Reflexology is a relaxing, non-intrusive treatment stimulating the reflexes in the feet which correspond to different parts of the body.
This complementary therapy encourages the body to heal itself and brings about balance of the body and mind.
It can relieve stress and tension, improve the blood supply and promotes unblocking of the nerve impulses. It can also unblock energy and emotional blocks within the body.

Reiki is a natural and safe method of spiritual healing. Often known as ‘hands on healing’ – my hands are placed lightly on or just above the body allowing the energy to flow through me to the client.

My self-paced programme Find Your Happy is for women who are ready to make positive changes in their lives, starting with their inner beliefs.
The programme guides you through 5 elements in bite-sized videos and worksheets which will help you to
