Join me for the final session in our four week January Meditation Circle.
Start your year with a positive impact, learn how to still the mind and find peace within. Session 4 of our January Meditation Circle we will use what we have learned to develop a meditation practice you can use going forward. We will try various exercises and meditation practices so that you can find what suits you best.
We will sit in practice for about an hour followed by (optional) tea and cake afterwards.
